Choose how the bill will be settled.
The customer can use supported payment choices such as pay at reception, request cash/card at the table or use UPI. A customer request never marks the bill paid by itself.

The restaurant gets the order instantly.
The same order appears in the Live Dashboard. Service and payment requests can also appear in the same operational view.
Kitchen prepares. Team serves.
The live order moves New → Preparing → Ready to Serve. Once food is served, food status is complete — but the bill can still remain payment pending.

Manager confirms paid. Invoice and ratings unlock.
Only after restaurant payment confirmation does the final thank-you/invoice flow complete. The customer can then rate only the dishes linked to the completed order.
