Using DineQube

DineQube provides restaurant ordering and operations software. Restaurants are responsible for their menu information, pricing, tax configuration, food preparation, service, customer fulfilment and compliance obligations.

Subscriptions

Plan pricing, duration and included features are shown before activation. Trial access, plan upgrades, renewals and cancellations are subject to the product terms shown during account and subscription activation.

Cancellation and refunds

Subscription cancellation and refund handling are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Order payments

DineQube does not claim ownership of restaurant order revenue. Where third-party payment providers are used, their applicable fees and terms may apply separately.

Coming Soon features

Roadmap or “Coming Soon” items are not commitments that a feature will launch on a particular date or be included in every subscription without limits.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse DineQube, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, upload unlawful content or use the platform for fraudulent activity.
