PRACTICAL WORKFLOWS

What a table QR should do

Test the guest journey on a phone

Scan a real table QR, browse categories, choose an item and check the cart. Make sure the table identity is clear and kitchen instructions appear where a guest expects them. After submission, compare the customer tracking screen with the order in the restaurant dashboard.

Keep the menu operationally accurate

A QR card can stay at the table while the menu behind it changes. Maintain item names, prices and availability in the configured menu workflow. Before service, check a sold-out item and any available modifiers. Staff still need an easy way to help guests who prefer to order with a person.
