Map rooms before printing cards
Create the rooms in the Hotel workspace and check the room number associated with each QR. Open a sample guest link on a phone before ordering printed cards. A room rename, artwork edit and QR destination are different changes; verify the destination whenever you update printed material.
Keep guest services specific
List the dining and service options your property can fulfil. For housekeeping, amenities and assistance, agree which team receives the request and who handles exceptions. Keep hotel information clear enough for a guest to use without calling reception for the same explanation.
Test reception and staff together
Send a sample room-linked request, review assignment and follow it to completion. For an in-room meal, check the kitchen order and room delivery hand-off too. Confirm permissions, the supported app release and the fallback process if a staff phone is offline.
Review guest details and payment wording
Check whether the configured guest fields are optional or required for each flow. Review WhatsApp preferences separately from order placement. If the property settles charges at checkout, explain that accurately on the guest screen. Do not present a pay-now action unless that payment flow is enabled.
Inspect the print at its real size
Choose the card dimensions and download the current high-resolution artwork. Keep the QR clear of decorative overlays and preserve its quiet margin. Print a sample at actual size, scan it under room lighting and check small footer text before committing to the full room collection.
