PRACTICAL WORKFLOWS
For a cloud kitchen, order acceptance is the start of fulfilment. Review your enabled checkout flow, preparation process and dispatch ownership. The kitchen needs the correct items and instructions; the delivery team needs the hand-off at the right stage. Test each role on the same sample order.
A direct-ordering workflow is different from an automatic integration with a marketplace. Confirm any external system or aggregator requirement with the team before planning a switch. For eligible own-delivery operations, review rider assignment, customer status and the process for an unsuccessful delivery.
