1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern access to the DineQube public website, Restaurant and Hotel workspaces, QR ordering and guest-service tools, subscriptions and related services. By creating an account, purchasing or activating a plan, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. Business account users must be authorised to act for the Restaurant, Hotel or organisation they register.
2. What DineQube provides
DineQube provides software for digital menus, QR ordering, live restaurant operations, kitchen/KOT workflows, Hotel room QR journeys, guest requests, direct-delivery workflows, rider assignment/tracking, payment-related workflows, invoices, ratings, reporting and Qube AI features. DineQube does not prepare food, operate a Restaurant or Hotel, employ merchant staff, or guarantee fulfilment.
3. Account setup and paid activation
DineQube may allow a business to complete workspace setup before paid activation. Live subscription features and guest/customer ordering require an applicable paid plan or an authorised DineQube commercial activation. No free-trial period is offered under the current public commercial policy.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Plan price, billing period and inclusions displayed at checkout apply to the transaction. Subscription activation should rely on verified payment-provider status. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are governed by the selected billing period and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Restaurant responsibilities
Restaurants remain responsible for menu accuracy, prices, taxes where applicable, allergens, food safety, item availability, order acceptance, preparation, service, customer communication and fulfilment. Where Direct Delivery OS is used, the Restaurant also remains responsible for delivery charges, serviceable areas, rider engagement, rider conduct and safety, customer-address accuracy checks, delivery fulfilment and applicable employment, contractor, transport or local-law obligations. DineQube provides workflow software and is not the Restaurant or delivery employer.
6. Hotel responsibilities
Hotels remain responsible for guest safety, food and service fulfilment, room-service delivery, amenities, housekeeping, laundry, staff conduct, emergency response and operational decisions. DineQube can facilitate digital guest requests and alerts but is not an emergency response provider and does not replace Hotel safety procedures.
7. Customer and guest use
A customer or guest must use the QR experience lawfully and should provide accurate information where requested, including delivery address or location information when using a delivery workflow. The relevant Restaurant or Hotel remains responsible for fulfilling its own food, service or delivery commitment.
8. Qube AI and automated features
Qube AI features may assist with menu drafting, voice alerts and operational information. AI-generated content can be inaccurate and must be reviewed by the merchant before publication or operational reliance. Coming Soon, preview or beta features may change, be delayed or not be released in their current form.
9. Third-party services
DineQube may rely on hosting, email, communications, maps/location, AI, analytics and payment providers. Availability and processing by those third parties can be subject to their own systems and terms. Unsupported integrations must not be assumed.
10. Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security, introduce malware, misuse customer or guest data, impersonate another business, use the service for fraud, or interfere with the platform or another merchant.
11. Intellectual property and merchant content
DineQube software, design, brand elements and platform materials remain the property of DineQube or its licensors. Merchants retain responsibility for content they upload and grant the limited permission required to host, process and display that content to provide the service.
12. Availability, changes and support
DineQube may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue features as the product evolves. Temporary outages can occur due to maintenance, hosting, internet, third-party provider, security or technical conditions. Plan support follows the commercial terms shown at purchase.
13. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended for non-payment, material misuse, security risk, unlawful activity or violation of these Terms. A user may stop using DineQube and cancel future paid access in accordance with the applicable billing process.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DineQube is not responsible for Restaurant food quality, allergens, Hotel guest safety, merchant or rider conduct, road or delivery incidents, fulfilment failures, or losses caused by third-party networks, maps, communications or services outside DineQube’s reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, users should contact DineQube and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Applicable statutory or consumer forum rights remain unaffected.
16. Changes and contact
DineQube may update these Terms as the product, pricing or law changes. The effective date on this page identifies the current version. Questions can be sent through the Contact page or to contact@dineqube.com.
